Well I never though I ‘d be posting to Black Ophelia again.

BUt I am happy to say that I HAVE touched it a bit and tweaked some things. It’s not as NEARLY as far as I would have liked it but what can I do?

I have done some art for it however. 8D I’ll be sure to color it so and show it to theblog soon.

When I have more, I’ll update.

Gah, this blog is so neglected. However, I will keep it since I do intend to work on Black Ophelia. Its too good NOT to work on.

Sorry to say

Well NANO is almost over and I got nothing. I stopped at like 15 k due to how close finals are. I have been working on the story though!! So there is something to show for it.

Actually, I have to put Black Ophelia in the back seat for a little bit since I’ve recently been inspired to write more for SIn Divine (thank you Twlight). That doesnt mean that Ophelia is out for the home run. I’ll try to get mroe done once my extremely important stuff is all settled and done.

Interview One: Noel Cross

Hello readers,

I havent written anything lately for the story unfortunately. There has been some drama going on in the life that is mine. Sigh. But, to make up for my lack of creative writing, I’ve managed to interview some characters! I’ll be posting them one by one so you can meet them. I think I’ll only be doing the most important ones. So here we go!

First up is our main guy, Noel Cross.

Raye: So hello Noel. How are you doing this fine evening?

Noel: Eh, not so bad. How ’bout yourself?

Raye: Im fine, thank you. Lets get started shall we?

Noel: Sure, shoot.

If you were to describe yourself with one word, what would it be?
Non chalant

What is most important to you in the world?
Thats a tough one. I’m not all heart on my sleeve. But if I gotta say one, then it would be to get revenge.

Would you help someone who needed it while passing?
Definately. Im not like the rest of the Solider scum

Are you very observant?
Every minute. Theres always something to be noticed

How innocent/naive can you be?
I used to be when I was younger. Ive wised up since then.

Can you entertain yourself easily?
Only when I need to. Im pretty easy to entertain.

How well do you get along with others?
Depends who it is. Ive always got to watch my back.

What was the longest time you had a friend?
Damn. Probably Rexus; Ive known him for about 14 years.

Do you have someone who knows you inside out?
Rexus, like I mentioned above. Known that man all my life. And then of course  theres Dante.

Its pretty good. Ive been known to get violent if provoked however. So watch what you say and do around me.

Can you let go of grudges easily?
No. If you’ve wronged me then prepared for war.

I try to fit it in my schedule. Its relaxing when I get the chance

Ophelia

hello readers.

Sorry that Ive been absent. Ive finally got my internet back! Let the celebration begin! However, sadly, I have almost nothing to show that I’ve been working on the story. Le sigh. Im terribly behind on NaNoWriMo due to my busy school schedule, moving (yes, STILL) and life complications. Aside, from that, I have written some things for the story. Noel has amazingly shut up at the worst time. He no longer wants to tell me anything which has me driving up a wall.

So, although I highly doubt that I’ll even make 30k, I still want to work on this story. I believe it has great potential once I get my characters talking again. That and once I have more time and motivation. Sigh, damn these flaws.

However, I’ve done some FANART for it already! I’ll be doing my best to post it. I have some back stories about the characters, Noel (cross), Rachel (Zeros), and Ophelia. And now that I’ve drawn them out, I have a better grasp about how their personalities are. And hopefully, my best friend, has some chats that I mention (PLEASE TELL ME YOU DO UKE).

 

So, to close out this entry, here is the poem that Noel reads when he meets Ophelia.

“So I wait quietly near the edge of my doom

And sink down like Ophelia for tears to consume.

In the cool waters I wait for the time to come

When my heart will stop beating, be over and done.

I lay quietly on the edge of my doom

Lay my hands over the space on my womb.

Beautiful Ophelia, should he say,

Whisper of the words that escape his lips

And bring all the spinning world into far delay

Those black words will be etched into her fingertips.

Then again, maybe I just need cheese.

So I wrote more for the story. At one point I wanted it to be climactic and have pizzazz. Then again, it’s just too early for that, isnt it? Hopefully it wont be too confusing once I actually post all 50k. My stories tend to get side tracked.

Whenever I get my internet back up, hopefully by wednesday, I’ll update my word count. With my loooong weekend (YES THANK YOU) I should have a ton to update. Especially because of my school schedule. Lets hope Black Ophelia is a winner!

In the mean while between writing and posts, I’ll be seeing if I can get character interview. Something nice and fun so that readers can know who these characters are. Not entirely since that will spoil the story but enough to know.

For instance, Noel has this ridiculous love for cheese. A guy who loves cheese and is gun-ho. I don’t know :l These characters are their own person. I just write what they tell me.

Maybe I’ll have some reader goodies?

I want some duck tape.

Its been a while since I’ve posted, hasn’t it? Forgive me readers. Life has consumed me at the moment. If not life then absolute procrastination and laziness. Im afraid that I’ve become procrastination’s slave. Even though I vow to take a turn a new leaf, I always sluggishly crawl back to my old one. Things will probably settle when I’ve finally moved into my new condo; which Im excited about!.

Ahem.

Black Ophelia has been coming along quiet nicely. It’s rare that I plot things out at all in my stories. Even as I blog, ignoring my crying homework, Im plotting in my noggin. All of my characters, well mostly all of them, have popped up and spoken. There were some characters that I wasn’t even aware of! So hopefully things will run smoothly once NaNo comes along.

By the way, NaNo begins saturday! JOY TO THE WRITER WORLD! I’m deathly excited. Considering my schedule and my rampant A.D.D like tendencies, I’ll probably have to write in advance and forget that daily goal. If allowed the time, I could probably manage 3 days work in only one. Then again, I’m asking for miracles. However, if Noel continues to ram me with anymore of his voice, I’m going to pull my hair out.

Sometimes I wish I had a plug for my main character’s mouths. I want some duck tape to cover his mouth for about five minutes. At least in that short amount of time I can gather my thoughts. For a man who’s in such a chaotic, depressing, stress filled environment, he sure does babble a lot. Scratch that. He just talks too much; my hand cramps from recent memories of trying to write all the ideas down. Damn you Noel and you’re ass kicking of my muse.

Well, lets see if any of the other characters will have a say.
